The Episcopal Youth Community is a vibrant community of young people here at St. Matthew’s. In addition to our weekly meetings we engage in mission projects, lock-ins, diocesan youth events, and even the occasional party.  Above all, EYC is about building a community of Christians who are on a journey of faith together.  Check out our Facebook page for more information photos about information of upcoming events.  A full listing of the diocesan youth events can be found here.

November 6          EYC 5-7 @ St. Matt’s

November 13         EYC 5-7 @ St. Matt’s

November 20         EYC Paintball at Red Fox.  The cost is $20 if you have a paintball gun or $30 if        you do not.  You must turn in the permission form and the cost of the trip, cash only, by November 13, 2011 if you wish to attend.  No one without a completed permission form shall be allowed to go.  We will leave after eating lunch at the parish potluck.  St. Chris’ is joining us.

November 27       No EYC because of Thanksgiving.

02/05  EYC Super Bowl Celebration at the White’s home.  5 until halftime

02/12  EYC at St. Matt’s  5-7

02/19  EYC at St. Matt’s  5-7

02/26  EYC at St. Matt’s  5-7

Note:The EYC Super Bowl Celebration is open to both youth and their moms or dads who want to enjoy the game with them.  Should you need a ride to the White’s meet at the church at 4:30 on February 5^th.  We will bring you back to the church at the beginning of half time.
